RULES
• You may only issue one challenge at a time
• You can only be challenged by one player/team at any given time. This prevents outstanding challenges from accumulating against you
• You may challenge up to 3 spots.
• If the challenge is successful, you will take the spot of the person you challenge and your opponent will be bumped down 1 spot.
• If you hold a wildcard, you may challenge anyone above you.
• An additional wildcard will be granted after 0 matches have been played.
• If challenged, you will have 2 days to "Accept" or "Deny" the challenge or the challenge will be considered a "forfeit" and the challenger will be granted the win.
• By accepting a challenge, you agree to play the challenge within 7 days after the date of acceptance.
• If you cannot play within 7 days, simply "Deny" the challenge and the challenger will be rewarded the win and can move on.
• If a challenge is accepted and not played within 7 days, it will expire and the challenge will be deleted from the system and will have to be re-issued. Of course, since rankings continually change, a re-challenge may not be possible
• Your ladder admin is Cat Moe and can be emailed at catmoe5300@gmail.com if you have any questions.
• Player issuing the challenge shall provide balls for matchplay.
• Matches to be played at mutually agreed facility/location.
• Players who are unable to play the match at the agreed time, will forfeit their match as a loss unless alternate arrangements have been made, mutually agreed to by both players.
• At the end of the season, winners of certain categories will receive prizes and gifts. There will also be an additional prize for the overall winner of the challenge ladder. All prizes and gifts are sponsored by Nelson-Moe Properties (http://www.NelsonMoeProperties.com).

• Administrator of this ladder is not responsible for any disputes in score or match play. Normal USTA rules and court etiquette shall apply. Any player leaving the court due to a dispute or injury prior to completion of the match shall automatically forfeit his/her match as a loss.
